Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

A complimentary polishing cloth is included with every order. If your piece has a structural issue such as breakage or loosening within 2 years, you can send it back to us for repair (shipping covered by the customer).

We recommend avoiding water, perfumes, and chemicals to preserve the finish. After wearing, gently clean your piece with the polishing cloth provided and store it in its AtelierBEB pouch.
